The following return and refund policy only applies to our Merch collection. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our chocolate products. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us at online@seattlechocolate.com.
Returns
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We understand that sometimes buying merchandise online can be tricky. If something you ordered didn’t work out, we are happy to accept returns of unworn, undamaged or defective items within 21 days of your order’s arrival. All packing must be intact and all tags must be attached if applicable. Please email online@seattlechocolate.com to get started with your return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item -- our current return shipping fee is: $12.00. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please photograph the damage or issue related to your merchandise purchase, and include them in an email to online@seattlechocolate.com when requesting your return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
