Maeve/Seattle Chocolate Factory Tour

Chocolate production takes place Monday - Thursday. Because of the height of our platform and format of the tour, we do not allow children under the age of 6.

There is a fair amount of walking involved during our guided tour. Stairs up to the viewing platform and walkway may pose a difficulty to persons with mobility restrictions. ADA tours can be arranged by appointment only, reach out to tours@seattlechocolate.com.

Please note, our factory typically makes chocolate until 3pm Monday-Thursday. Our production schedule varies seasonally, so while you will see our machinery and space when touring on Friday and Saturday, chances are you will not see the machines in operation.

We host large groups and events! Book your next gathering with us and you'll be sure to have the sweetest event around!

We have thrown events for groups like Make-A-Wish, Gilda's Club, Girl Scouts of America, and more! We regularly host school field trips and senior groups, so no matter your age we've got something for you!

We request that groups larger than 15 people call us at 425-264-2705 or e-mail us at tours@seattlechocolate.com before booking so that we can make sure your group has the best time possible!

Because we are a food manufacturing facility, there are a few safety regulations that we must uphold and kindly ask you to follow during your visit. Please be sure to provide all members of your party with the following ground rules to ensure everyone is prepared.

1. Personal belongings must be stored in lockers while in the factory.
2. Because we do not allow glass in our facility, no photos, cell phones or cameras inside the production area.
3. No loose hair. You must wear a hair net and beard net provided by us.
4. No running away from your tour guide, please.
5. No throwing or dropping items from the mezzanine to the factory floor.
6. Please stay home if you are not feeling well, have a temperature or are otherwise sick.
7. Remember to treat yourself and others with kindness and respect.

Price: $300 + tax
Time: 2-hour rental time
Guests:  Includes up to 10 guests. Parent/parents and birthday boy or girl are complimentary. Each additional guest is $12 + tax. maximum capacity 24 people.

A 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Any changes to your reservation must be made one week prior to the date of booking. Full refunds will be applied with a 48-hour notice should you need to cancel.

Check in 15 minutes before your rental time.

A bar-making station for paying guests, which includes toppings like marshmallows, sprinkles, and a special topping chosen by the birthday person!

A Seattle Chocolate Ambassador will facilitate the bar making, then take your group upstairs for a factory viewing. Your Ambassador will be there to help you throughout the experience!

A private room just for your group to enjoy your party in!

Outside food & drink (no alcohol) and party decor! Candles are welcome, so long as they do not have any excessive smoke or sparklers. Food (ex. pizza) can be delivered to the factory day of.

A Seattle Chocolate Ambassador will show you to the event room and go over safety rules of the factory. We kindly ask that all the trash, recycling, compost, and plastics are properly disposed of during the rental time. Waivers must be signed by an adult prior to entering the Factory. We can accommodate most allergies, please inform your Chocolate Ambassador of any allergies.
